Approximately 30,000 Disney workers in the Orlando area, including TCU/IAM members, will soon vote on a five-year contract offer. They say the company is only offering raises of $1 a year for most workers. TCU/IAM members there say $1 is not enough amid a sharp rise in cost-of-living. Watch the video.
